Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Yeesho advertising management platform and related services ("Service") provided by Yeesho Inc. ("Yeesho", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Yeesho provides a unified advertising management platform that allows users to connect their advertising accounts across multiple platforms (including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads) to view analytics, monitor campaign performance, and generate reports from a single dashboard.

2. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

3. Platform Connections & API Integrations

The Service allows you to connect third-party advertising platform accounts through OAuth 2.0 authorization. By connecting these accounts, you:

• Authorize Yeesho to access your advertising data through official platform APIs
• Confirm that you have the authority to grant such access
• Understand that data availability depends on the respective platform's API and your account permissions
• May revoke access at any time by disconnecting the platform from your Yeesho account or revoking access from the platform's settings

3.1 Google Ads API Usage

When you connect your Google Ads account, Yeesho accesses your data through the Google Ads API. Our use of the Google Ads API is subject to the Google Ads API Terms and Conditions. Specifically:

• We access Google Ads data in read-only mode — we do not create, modify, or delete campaigns, ads, keywords, or any other Google Ads entities on your behalf
• Google Ads data is used solely to provide reporting and analytics features within the Yeesho platform
• We do not use Google Ads data for any purpose other than providing the Service as described in this agreement and our Privacy Policy
• Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Use the Service to violate any advertising platform's terms of service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties
• Attempt to extract or scrape data from the Service through automated means outside of provided features

5. Data Ownership & Usage

You retain ownership of all data from your connected advertising accounts. Yeesho does not claim ownership over your advertising data. We process this data solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You acknowledge that:

• Advertising data is accessed through third-party APIs and is subject to those platforms' respective terms and data policies
• Yeesho aggregates and transforms raw API data to provide analytics and insights, but does not alter your source data on any connected platform
• Data accuracy depends on the underlying advertising platforms' APIs and reporting capabilities

6. Data Handling & Retention

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Retention period: Advertising performance data is retained for 12 months from collection, then automatically deleted
• Disconnection: When you disconnect an advertising platform, associated OAuth tokens are deleted immediately and performance data is deleted within 30 days
• Account closure: Upon account closure, all associated data is deleted within 30 days
• Security: All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+)

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Yeesho and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Scheduled maintenance (with advance notice when possible)
• Third-party API changes, rate limiting, or outages
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yeesho shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

• Inaccuracies in advertising data received from third-party APIs
• Decisions made based on analytics or reports provided by the Service
• Temporary unavailability of the Service or any connected platform's API

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of data retrieved from third-party advertising platform APIs.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Yeesho, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by closing your account. We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• All OAuth tokens for connected platforms are revoked and deleted
• Your data is deleted within 30 days in accordance with our data retention policy
• You may request an export of your data prior to account closure

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may close your account.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware.
